Class/Workshop Description
Instructor: Tracy La Rose, Master Weaver In this class we will discuss overshot: history, technical details and creative applications. You will warp a loom with multiple threadings before class, and then you will weave various samplers in gamp format through the duration of the class. You will not only play with the structure , but also with colour. No previous overshot experience necessary but you do need to be able to be able to warp a loom independently and follow a draft. Speak with the instructor before signing up if you are unsure. Dates: November 23rd and 24th Time: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Member cost: $150; Non-member cost: $190 Register by November 5, 2024

We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise; regrettably, we cannot provide refunds for our classes and workshops because of our small class sizes and pre-purchased materials. If you are unable to attend a class, you may transfer your spot to another person. If you are unable to find a replacement, please contact registration (link to registration email) as we may have a waitlist and might be able to help you. If the class/workshop is cancelled due to instructor illness, low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances you will be entitled to a full refund.
